1 General Terms

Live Betting

Odds in live betting change in real time. If the odds shift between the time you place a bet and server confirmation, BD 100 reserves the right to accept or reject the bet at the updated odds.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BD 100. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

• Bonus abuse through the creation of multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Any attempt at hacking, phishing, or any form of cyber attack.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or attempting to defraud other members.
• Attempting to access the platform using a VPN or proxy from a restricted region.
• Any unauthorized attempt to modify BD 100's software or systems.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

BD 100 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Suspicious financial transactions.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Order of a court or government authority.

You may also request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. Bonus balances are non-withdrawable.

9 Responsible Gaming
